Located in Dallas, PA, the Back Mountain Makery is more than just a studio — it’s a vibrant hub for hands-on creativity and community connection. This artisan space is dedicated to inspiring imagination, self-expression, and artistic exploration for all ages. Whether you’re looking to explore a new hobby, take part in a seasonal art project, or simply enjoy a fun, creative day out, the Makery offers a welcoming space to do it all.

Back Mountain Makery hosts year-round workshops and classes led by local artists and instructors. Adults can unwind with pottery classes, explore the art of stained glass, learn to crochet, or join a fun paint & sip session. Families and kids can get in on the action too with indoor, kid-friendly fun including crafts and cookie decorating classes, and special holiday-themed activities — making it a go-to spot for NEPA art lessons and rainy day fun.
